Revision of

This is a working English translation provided for your convenience. The legally binding version is the Ukrainian one at skazhytak.com/privacy. Where the two disagree, the Ukrainian text prevails.

1. Controller

ФОП Гудзенко Крістіна Володимирівна, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

2. What we process

  • the invitation texts you write;
  • the photograph you upload;
  • the voice message, if you record one;
  • the invited person's answer: date, time and chosen activity;
  • technical request data (IP address, timestamp) to rate-limit abuse, and the two-letter country your request came from, for aggregate statistics.

We do not ask for your name, your phone number or the invited person's contact details — the invitation travels as a link you send yourself. There are no user accounts: the long random token in your link is what proves the invitation is yours.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given in the builder before you start (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and performance of the contract you enter into by paying (Article 6(1)(b)). Rate-limiting data is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the service available (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep it

  • an unpaid draft — 14 days from the last change;
  • a paid invitation — 90 days;
  • the invited person's answer — 10 days, or until the day after the date itself if that is later;
  • uploaded files — 30 days after the invitation is archived;
  • payment records — as long as accounting law requires.

5. Who else sees it

Our hosting provider and file storage, and the payment provider (only what a payment needs). Data is never sold and never shared for advertising.

No analytics cookies are set anywhere on this site. Google Analytics has been removed entirely. Any visit statistics we keep are cookie-free and carry nothing that could identify you.

6. Where the data is

Our servers are in the European Union. The service is operated from Ukraine, which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for, so administration of the service involves access from Ukraine on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 49(1)(a) GDPR).

7. Photo metadata

Uploaded images are re-encoded on our server, which strips EXIF metadata including geolocation. The recipient sees the picture and nothing attached to it.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU country you live in.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has used it, write to [email protected] and we will delete the data.
