Terms of Service

This is a working English translation provided for your convenience. The legally binding version is the Ukrainian one at skazhytak.com/oferta. Where the two disagree, the Ukrainian text prevails.
1. Parties
ФОП Гудзенко Крістіна Володимирівна (the Provider), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine, publishes this public offer for the service of creating a digital date invitation through skazhytak.com.
2. Subject
The Provider generates a unique link to an interactive digital invitation assembled by the Customer in the builder. The service is delivered entirely online, with no physical delivery and no personal attendance.
3. Price and payment
The price depends on the chosen plan: Classic — €7.90, Premium — €12.90; payment is one-off. Premium additionally includes a voice message and bonus material. Payment is made by bank card on the payment provider's side; the Provider neither receives nor stores card details. Prices are shown in euro; the amount is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia at the bank's rate, and your card issuer may apply its own conversion.
4. When the service is delivered
The service is considered delivered at the moment a working invitation link is shown to the Customer. The Provider does not and cannot guarantee that the invited person will answer.
5. Duration
The invitation stays reachable at its link for 90days from payment. The invited person's answer is kept for 10 days, and longer if the date itself falls later — until the day after it.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. This service is digital content delivered immediately: by starting the payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the invitation link has been generated, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If something went wrong before that point, write to [email protected] and we will refund you.
7. Responsibility for content
The Customer is responsible for the texts, photographs and voice recordings they add, and confirms they have the right to use them.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to [email protected]first — most things are settled that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in.
